People say that the only difference between boys and men is that the toys are more expensive. Another proof of this thesis is the satellite-supported stash hunt called Geocaching.

Some people hide little "treasures" (caches) somewhere out there and put the coordinates of that place on the Internet. Often there are still some riddles to solve, before one gets the final coordinates. Of course again the journey is the reward - many caches lie in especially nice areas! It is astounding how many caches exist, I have a lot of times directly passed one without knowing about it. :)

Area 52
A cache close to Aachen. It includes everything: Mystery, danger... even aliens!

Monastery Park
A simple cache in the "Monastary Park", which should be doable in less than half an hour. It is located in the north of Germany You can make a photo of yourself with a camera that is hidden inside the cache.

Cache cameras
There are disposable cameras hidden in my caches. You can find the instruction for usage here.

Tiger on Tour
This is Tiger. And Tiger is on Tour. As a travel bug he moves from cache to cache and will discover the world. These pages are his travel report.

Boernson's Beer Trucks
Boernson's Beer Trucks are a Travel Bugs, traveling from Geocache to Geocache. The people moving them are asked to take photos from the Trucks in front of anything that has to do with beer – especially breweries. The pictures are presented on this page.

Oecher Geocoins
Geocoins are another kind of travelbug, they also travel from cache to cache through the whole world. I also send a few of those on their journey.

Travel Bug photo tips
Photographing a smal object in front of someting very big is quite difficult. Here is a tip how to deal with the depth-of-focus-problem.
This page also explains how to send fake polaroid pictures with written notes on it.
